Initial Training

Our initial training program is held at our franchisor location in beautiful Blue Ridge, GA. The initial training is broken out to five, one-week modules and takes place after your franchise agreement is in place and you have secured a location for your store.

Week 1: Owner/Store Manager Training: Covers topics including history, strategy, types of personalization, in-store selling, taking orders, POS, website, employee hiring, payroll, suppliers and purchasing, marketing, advertising, social media, pricing, store location and build-out, initial purchases and getting started, accounting and bookkeeping, key business metrics, and much more. This is a five-day program both of classroom and hands-on training.

Week 2: Vinyl/Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) Personalization Techniques: This week teaches you how to personalize products using vinyl and heat transfer vinyl techniques. This is a six-day program of both classroom and hands-on training.

Week 3: Embroidery Personalization Techniques: This week teaches you how to personalize products using Embroidery machines. This is a six-day program of both classroom and hands-on training.

Week 4: Sublimation Personalization Techniques: This week teaches you how to personalize products using sublimation techniques. This is a five-day program of both classroom and hands-on training.

Week 5: Laser Engraving Personalization Techniques:  This week teaches you how to personalize products using the laser engraver.  This is a five-day program of both classroom and hands-on training.

Our strong suggestion is to not take the weeks of training in consecutive order, but to take a week of training (or two weeks at the very most) and then go back home to digest the information and practice.

There are no additional training fees to attend the training programs. The franchisee will pay for travel, food, and accommodations. After the initial training, franchisees may retake or send other individuals to any future training classes or parts of classes that are being taught with no additional fees.
